This year I added new Central Air and a new energy efficient TPO roof. Washer and Dryer in trailer. Trailer is fully furnished. This is a gated community with many amenities. There is a pool, shuffle board, pickleball, horseshoes, weight room also. There is even a pond here if you would like to try some bass fishing. You also will have to pass a Background Check that the park does to move in to gated community. Renter is responsible for electric and internet. Renter may have one small puppy 20 lbs or less with an extra small Security deposit($250.00). Renter must take care of outside flowers, plants and shrubs. Renter is responsible for the payment of background check ($75.00) which is done before lease.
