The open concept main floor includes a kitchen, dining and living room area, as well as a separate den. The kitchen has plenty of custom cabinet space, pantry and a breakfast bar. There is also a full bath and laundry room on the main floor, plus a 72 sq. ft. three season back porch. All living area floors are hardwood and bathrooms are tiled. Both bathrooms have showers - no bathtubs.
The second floor has 3 generously sized bedrooms with closets and a renovated full bath. All the bedrooms have new beds and mattresses. Bed linens and towels are not included, but each bed has a bedspread, blankets and pillows provided. There are king size beds in two bedrooms and the third bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed and an extended twin over Queen bunk bed. There are TV's in each king bedroom and the den, CO monitoring, front door outdoor security camera, heating and A/C, fenced yard, barbeque, picnic table, exterior chairs and firepit. The private side and rear yards are fenced. All utilities included!
The lease can begin as soon as October 14, 2025 and end on May 31, 2026. The end date may be negotiable for up to 15 days, depending on an inspection of the property prior to May 31. The landlord can inspect the property at any time, giving the renter at least 48 hours notice. A maximum of 4 people may occupy the property (2 adults, 2 children). Renter must have excellent references, good credit (a minimum score of 670), income-rent-ratio of 3X and a suitable reason for renting such as relocation, professional job contract, etc.
We're looking for a tenant who will love and care for the home as much as we do. Upon signing the Rental Agreement, a payment of $6,217.75 is due (security deposit of $2,975, first months rent of $2,975, and Maine rental taxes of $267.75). The security deposit will be returned within 15 days after end of lease if the inspection shows no damage. The Zillow application fee is also refunded if inspection shows no damage. Please notify us if you break something. While normal wear and tear is expected, items damaged above $100 in value will require you to replace/pay for from security deposit. Smoking or pets are not allowed in the house. Any evidence of illegal drug use will result in immediate termination of lease. Snow removal is your responsibility in winter. There is off street driveway parking for 2 - 3 cars.
Showing the property prior to the Rental Agreement signing will be scheduled between the owner and prospective renter.
This is an approximate 7 monthly rental period, with monthly rent prorated for partial months. Rent is all inclusive: Internet, heat, AC, water and electricity.
