3 minutes to downtown Farmville in quiet neighborhood. This is a mid-term rental, min 30 days, max 6 months (Apr 15 to Oct 15). Resort-Like Vacation Home perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. Amazing views, especially sunsets, over the pond. Massive back decks and hardscape fire-pit patio on the pond are breathtaking. The whole house has been remodeled. The master bath is basically a spa with a Huge walk-in shower, heated floors, tons of dimmable lights, and Bluetooth sound. Every BR has a smart TV. Two BRs have their own private baths, plus the third BR has a full bath right across the hall. The LR has an amazing entertainment system with a soul-shaking surround sound system. The home comes fully furnished with absolutely everything you need since it's my primary residence. I'm leaving it basically as-is during a 6-month Air Force deployment. I'm using the basement and 4th BR to lock up my stuff, but you'll have access to basic tools in the basement, just respect my things and be careful! Everything is included: utilities, trash service, lawn service, and even cleaning, if you would like to arrange. The pond is full of large-mouth bass, crappie, and bluegill. I have lots of fishing poles and kayaks for you to use. Gas grill on the deck and disc golf basket for the large, park-like property. I'll lower the rent in exchange for help with maintenance and/or longer lease agreements. This is a Mid-Term Rental, Minimum 30 Days, Maximum 6 Months. This property is available from (approximately) April 14 to Oct 15 2025 only. I will need to move back in upon return from military deployment.
