The location is extremely quiet with no thru traffic and only nice homes and good owner occupant neighbors on the short street. The laundry is not shared . Washer and dryer are in a room next to kitchen ( I have not been able to remove the listing error from the public view) This house has an exceptional open split plan lay out with beautiful aged bamboo floors throughout ( except for tile floors in baths) . No carpeting and many windows that give a great light throughout. Both bathrooms are large with closets and beautifully tiled .the kitchen has gorgeous granite counters and stainless appliances .
