Tenant is responsible for electricity, gas, and internet/cable. Lease duration is automatically assumed to be one year, but can be negotiated as needed. First month and last month rent and security deposit are due at signing, along with any applicable fees for pets or parking. Renter's insurance isn't required but is strongly encouraged. The building and property are entirely non-smoking of any kind. Any smoking will result in automatic forfeiture of the security deposit.
