The picture Google Street View picture is not correct and it appears I cannot change it. These two apartments (duplex)will available in October - one on the first floor and one on the second. Both units will have access to a basement with two laundry setups. No smoking is allowed in either unit or the basement. There is off street parking; a garage will be available at an extra charge to one of the tenants. Tenants pay for electric and gas (budget billing is $100-150 per month) . Owner pays for first $100 of water and sewer and tenants split anything over $100 - based on my other properties that is $25-50 per month per tenant. Again -no smoking is allowed in the building. Nice front porch that will be shared by tenants or owner will decide who can use. Some work is in progress so pictures will be posted week of September 14. Only 3 or less tenants per unit and only two cars per unit to avoid overcrowding and noise problems.
