My SUNSET TOWERS condo is a downtown, 10th floor condo on the water, bay front. It's on Sunset Drive, right off Gulf Stream. It is suitable for 1 or 2 adults. My views are of not only of the bay and the bridge but also going North up the coastline. Sunset Towers is right on the water where you can enjoy the lovely sunsets! My home has been professionally decorated in 2021 with new high-end furniture, rugs and hardwood flooring. You will enjoy the beautiful views of Sarasota Bay and the John Ringling Bridge from every room of my home. You can walk to downtown restaurants, Selby Library, the Opera House and art galleries. Only 3 miles to the beaches on Lido and Long Boat Keys. I am looking for a minimum of a 4 month rental beginning after April 25, 2025 until the end of October 21, 2025. The Condo Association allows only a minimum of 3 month rental and I must submit an application 3 weeks before your rental beginning. The application fee is $150 which you will pay. 3 months rent will need to be paid before move-in. Internet and cable TV is $100 extra/mo and you will also pay the electricity.
