Within walking distance of downtown and the school, this home is really in a great location. It's not far from alexandria, and the roads are well maintained in the winter.
I'm looking to rent the house so I can move for work.

Smoking inside is not allowed; the porch is a good place year round. I am aware the floors are far from new, but with pets, I didn't see a reason to upgrade.
