Electric kitchen with small outdoor patio in cute little neighborhood. Looking for reliable and steady tenant willing to sign a one-year lease. Small dog ok. Absolutely NO SMOKING policy of tobacco, vaping and/or illegal substances at anytime in the unit. One year lease required. Tenant responsible to maintain and keep clean all areas around the condo and abide by all homeowners responsibilities. All appliances are the property of landlord (exception of washer and dryer). Landlords will pay homeowners dues. Tenant is responsible for electricity, water, and garbage (all included in 1 billing) from Shelbyville Power. Tenant is responsible for providing deposit to turn on utilities which include water, electric, and garbage. Small dog only allowed on property. Last month's rent may be utilized to cover last month of occupancy. Security deposit of $500 to be refunded (if applicable) at final walk-through.
