If you prefer the crisp outdoor air, you can relax in any of four outdoor hot tubs, two heated pools or the sauna. Current construction: Exterior renovations will continue from August 2013 through the end of March, 2014 for the entire property. This is an extensive exterior renovation. Included in this construction are exterior repairs and replacements on all buildings, damaged railings around the tower buildings, and damaged concrete walkways. The townhomes will be waterproofed and sealed. The Clubhouse and operations buildings will have their exterior repainted and the Clubhouse roof is being replaced. Also, the wood decking around the Clubhouse is being replaced with composite decking. There will be noise, scaffolding and dust but we are going to work very diligently to limit the impact to our guests.
