Stonecrop residents all have access to the recreation room on the top floor where you can enjoy a large TV, pool table, and comfy furniture. It's a perfect location for studying, meeting, as well as cheering on the Tar Heels. Rent includes all utilities-- internet is not included. If a couple is sharing a room, there will be an additional charge of $250 for the additional tenant. *One-time, non-refundable $250 pet fee.
