Walls are 6 inches thick with top of the line insulation, doors and windows for minimal heating and cooling costs. All appliances in the house are also top of the line Bosch and are energy efficient. Stove top is a 5 burner induction model. Microwave is also conventional oven and top of the line. Kitchen is roomy and large with a view of the large living room. Pantry is large and can be used to store smaller appliances as well as food.
