Apartment is on the third floor of a 15-unit building with gated parking garage and designated tandem parking spot. Fully furnished except for master bedroom and bath. Walk-in closet. Communal rooftop deck. $1,887 per month, plus utilities (heating, cable, electric, housekeeping = approximately $200). Must be willing to pay half of household items (e.g. trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, etc.). 5 minute walk to Hermosa Pier. Move in February 1st. Month-to-month lease with an $1,887 security deposit. A little about me: I'm a free-spirited, spiritual, social introvert Gemini who is silly, fun, and down-to-earth. I am 45-years-old and a Special Education teacher. Some of my hobbies include yoga, dancing, going to the theater, playing volleyball, going to the beach, and music concerts of all types. I would love a roommate who would like to cook dinner together some nights and have a love for Game Night like I do! *First and last month's rent due upon move in. **I will be asking the following applicant interview questions prior to making a decision: Have you lived with a roommate before? How often do you have people over? How often do you have people stay the night? How long do you leave dishes in the sink? Are you okay with splitting the shared household items? How long do you plan on staying? What are your work hours? How often do you travel? How often do you drink? Do you use drugs? Do you watch TV late at night (can hear through the wall)? Do you like game night? :) Things to know: Take the garbage out when it gets full. House cleaner comes every three weeks on a Monday. Please give a heads up when guests are coming over.
