For an efficiency apartment this is one of the biggest ones we have. The kitchen, living, and bedroom are all one large room. There is a small wardrobe type closet, and cabinet space for the kitchen. The bathroom is pretty small with only a stand up shower. The apartment building has coin operated washer and dryer in the basement (outside your apartment door). There is off street parking at the building. There is the chance a garage space is available for rent for an additional $50 added on to the monthly rent. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit and $25 monthly pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
