Lawn sprinkler system. We supply the air filters. Tenants have access to the community pool and park. No property management companies to deal with as we manage our own properties. Tenant responsible for all utilities including water, trash, electricity, and tv/internet. Preferred rent payments through Zillow. We require the names of all occupants. Any alterations to building need prior authorization from landlord. This includes satellite dishes and/or new cable/internet connections. Damage fees will be charged to return property back to original state. We supply air filters that should be changed every 3 months. The HOA is strict with garbage cans and yard maintenance. Grass is to be maintained within reasonableness due to watering restrictions. Tenant is responsible for the first $100 of any repairs (see lease for more details). Renters insurance is required.
