There are specific resident eligibility requirements that must be met, that include and are not limited to; passing credit screening, criminal background check, rental history,no recent evictions, meeting income requirements (maximum income listed above and minimum income of-2.5 times the resident paid rent amount or $2,000 per occupant living in the household-whichever is greater) and student guidelines set by US Department of Housing & Urban Development if applicable.
