Change of address must immediately be made in writing and submitted to The Trio at ENCORE! leasing office. Duplicate copies of applications will be rejected. There are specific resident eligibility requirements that must be met, that include and are not limited to; passing credit screening, criminal background check, rental history,no recent evictions, meeting income requirements (maximum income listed above and minimum income of-2.5 times the resident paid rent amount or $2,000 per occupant living in the household-whichever is greater) and student guidelines set by US Department of Housing & Urban Development if applicable.
