    LOCATION: The cabin is conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge, take the back road out, Dollywood is also near by. Setting: It is a 1 bedroom and 2 bathroom cabin, with master suite on main floor, second floor loft has a large game room with full bathroom could be used as an additional sleeping quarter. Both floor has it's own separate shower unit and jet tub. Stone fireplace on main floor and good size island in kitchen. Hot tub is tucked in the corner of the deck under the it's own roof. The view: The deck connect to both living area and master suite has ever changing yet spectacular view from dawn to dusk year around. The cabin is built in 1998, current owner purchased in 2017 and remodeled in 2018. New roof and siding and front porch was added in 2018, deck was rebuilt at the same time. New HVAC was installed 2023. New oven/stove was purchased 2024. New water heater was installed 2025. The cabin has good renting history, rental revenue is usually between 40K to 60K, last year revenue is close to 43K. The cabin is currently in over night rental program, house showing is by appointment only. Have rejected 2 offers so far(9/20/2025), would not consider low offer.
