Wonderful family home in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. The home features a fenced back yard with a concrete patio. There are neighbors on either side, but on not in the back. The garage has an automatic door opener for cold rainy days. The washer/dryer hook ups are located in the garage. The majority of the home is tiled with only one small bedroom being carpeted. We do expect the yard to be kept up so as to keep the neighborhood looking nice. The summers will require a mowing twice a week to keep up. We never allow smoking in the home, and expect all cigarette butts to be picked up and keep the yard nice. Pets can be considered for the home on a case by case basis. Please note if accepted there is an additional $500.00 non refundable 1 time pet fee in addition to the regular $500.00 deposit.
