This is the 3rd floor unit in a large home. You will not have access to the first floor or its entrance. It is used by the landlord part-time.

This is a third floor unit so all must be in good health and having strong knees.
You will for the most part be alone in the home. The landlord (with a separate entrance), when in town, lives on the first floor. No one lives on the second floor, very occasionally a guest may stay in the bedroom there. Some office work is done on the second floor in a locked office space. Second floor is a little funky having two resting places at the top of the stairs and a 3D art room.
Utilities Bundle Included in rent: Heat, AC, Enclosed Garbage space, Sewer, Electricity, Water, Some Storage, Recycling,There is space in the garage for your bicycle, Kayak or Paddle board storage and wifi is included in the rent. Second tenant utilities charge $50/month Garge is a designated enclosed parking space. I don't charge a cleaning fee, but you are expected to leave the unit as nice as when you moved in. A walk through 2 weeks before your departure date. If you are not good at cleaning, you will be asked to hire a cleaning service. Photo comparisons are used.
EV charging available for extra electricity charge.
Professional movers, L&I covered employees that meet safety and health standards, for moving in and out. But no Move in Fee.
Qualifications for a viewing are: YOU MUST CALL AND HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH THE LANDLORD BEFORE ANY STEP FORWARD! Call the number given. Only after that will an application be sent. This is my only unit that I lease. Evictions are expensive, so Employment history, Personal Recommendations and Rental/Ownership history are heavily weighed. Great credit scores don't mean much these days thanks to " fast and easily increase your credit score" websites.
A Background & credit check is usually around $60/tenant.
