There are multiple grocery stores and local restaurants within a very short walking distance, and you will find Sprouts, Target, Starbuck, and chain restaurants within a 5 minute drive. There is always plenty of street parking. About me: I am a young professional that works from home. I keep to myself and get along best with people who are meticulous about cleaning up after themselves and are intentional about keeping my home in top condition. There are two other housemates, both are very friendly and one travels most of the week for work. The three of you share the hall bathroom.
