There is a washer and dryer on site. Garage has a built in workbench. House is 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, dining room, living room; eat in kitchen, kitchen, and sitting room (that I used as an office). House was recently remodeled; all new grey vinyl laminate flooring throughout, remodeled bathrooms, newer toilets/vanities/sinks/faucets, freshly painted. Kitchen has not been remodeled, but very nice electric stove, microwave, dual sinks, and plenty of counter and storage space. There will be a background check and verification of employment for all potential tenants.
