It's close to everything in Hewitt, a 2- min drive to I-35 N on-ramp and 15 mins from Baylor/Downtown. ROOMATES: I'm a 34 year old female with a graduate degree and a professional, full time career. I have a super chill/quiet 17 year old that spends all their time doing homework & reading. My 3rd bedroom is rented out by a 29 year old male engineer who is very clean, quiet, and easy going. You would share a bathroom only with him. We are all laid back and easy going, but also very clean/organized. We all work during the day and enjoy a quiet house at night. THE ROOM: Room is super spacious and fully furnished with very comfortable memory foam queen bed & bedding, two book shelves, bedside table, and dresser. It has a ceiling fan and a spacious closet. YOU: I'm looking for a roommate who is clean/neat and mature/responsible. A graduate student or professional would be a great fit! No smoking, vaping, drugs, pets, kids, or room sharing please.
