No loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior that would encroach on other residents rights of quiet enjoyment. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. All pets are strictly case by case basis. Home has not been smoked in and no smoking in the home is allowed by tenants or guests. All Occupants must be approved by the Landlord/Owner. Maximum Occupancy is 5, (2 Adults and 3 Children) based on the layout of the house and size of the bedrooms. Credit history will be verified, but qualification will NOT be based soley by your credit score. Owner/Manager is courteous and treats tenants professionally and with respect and expects the same. Basic maintenace is the responsibility of the tenant. If tenant requires additional help or services arrangements can be made to accomodate elderly or disabled tenants.
