Pets are welcome with a $150 fee plus tax, limited to two dogs weighing less than 40lbs total. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability with a $25 per hour fee. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00. Smoking is not allowed. Only registered guests may stay overnight, and guests are responsible for any others. This is a privately owned home, and the owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of belongings. By booking, guests assume all risks. Keep the property and furnishings in good order and use appliances as intended. Linens are provided, but there is no daily housekeeping.
