The rooms have all been freshly torn out and renovated. Each room can either come fully furnished or empty. We provide all utilities for the rooms as well as provide furniture for move in as need be. There is off the road parking. We also provide WiFi. With pets the security deposit will be $450 instead of $300 as well as we charge $50 extra per pet. There is no smoking inside buildings. To move in the security and first months rent must be paid in full. There are no designated parking spots it is first come first serve. All utilities for the building are paid.
