Our home is a 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch style home situated on two lots that we bought within the Malachi Estates Subdivision. It is located off of CCC road and is a county maintained road. We have a beautiful creek that is just a short walk from the house. The driveway is paved to accomodate 2 cars and then graveled to the cul-de-sac to accomadate 2 additional cars and there is a nice paved sidewalk to the front door. It is a very peaceful neighborhood and the sounds of the creek are very relaxing to listen to when sitting on the back porch. We have lots of wildlife and birds and the property across the creek has recently been purchased by TWRA. It has been a great place to live for our family.
