There are two bedrooms downstairs. Downstairs has sparkling refinished hardwood floors, recent coat of paint, pantry in kitchen, dishwasher, etc... There is also a back laundry room with room for hook up in unit. Backyard: huge fenced in backyard mulched with room on side for gardening if you wish. Front yard has white rock which will be finished in next couple weeks. Please read all info and make sure it sounds like a fit for you. It will be freshly cleaned, and ready for the right renter. There are washer and dryer hook-ups in the unit. The house does have central heat. There is also a working dishwasher, refrigerator and stove in the kitchen. There is not central AC, so I help by providing a portable AC unit and a tower fan for summer. Optional: 1-3 dogs (breed restrictions apply) will be allowed for an extra charge. I can either do 1 larger fee, or a monthly fee that varies based on size of dogs, but on average is about $50/month first dog, $25 second dog. I am not open to cats. Please check in regarding other pets. There is plenty of parking on the property. Renters: Serious renters only, I will require a credit and background check in the application.
