Violating these rules may result in reservation termination without refund and may incur additional fees. A $300 cleaning fee applies for smoking anything indoors, and a $170 re-keying fee applies for unreturned keys. Deep cleaning fees may apply for stays longer than 14 days or if the unit is found in complete disorder. Security fees may be billed if incurred due to behavior at the property, with a minimum security fee of $150.
