Location, location, location! I can't say enough about how wonderful this neighborhood is. People are friendly, you'll see them sitting out front with neighbors, strolling in the evenings, and getting together for block parties and BBQ. Our immediate neighbors are solid gold. Our block has a new fire hydrant, and we are far enough away from 180 so as not to hear traffic. It's a real place to call home!
