Security Deposit due to Cornerstone Realty within 48 hours of verbal commitment and application approval. The Lease start date must be within 10 days after approval (certain exceptions may apply). This requirement is applicable even if an approved applicant has not seen the inside of the home. We do a nationwide background check. This includes credit, rental, and criminal background.
