I want to make sure anyone who moves in knows that I am not the landlord or the property manager so I will not do more than they will do and they will do as little as possible. Looking for someone who is self reliant and knows how to take care of a place. Also, someone who will get along with the other neighbors and not cause problems. The yard is low maintenance. You don't have to keep up the yard, but if you don't, no one else will. I have kept it up all the years but I have a house of my own that I need to give all my attention to now so I'm looking for someone who will take over this house and not ask me for much.
