Fully-furnished historic shotgun with everything you need, a cozy front porch to spend afternoons chatting with neighbors and passersby, a comfortable backyard to dine outdoors or swing in a hammock Our place is in a relaxed neighborhood with good neighbors, and in a great location, within a few minutes' walk to Crescent Park and the Mississippi, Frenchmen Street, the Quarter, Robert's, public transport and all the local haunts on St. Claude. We have an extensive mask, art, and photography collection in the house to add some flavor to your stay. But we can also remove furtniture or art pieces upon request, should you have your own you'd like to use. We will be working overseas 2+ years and are looking for tenants to enjoy our place as much as we do. No dogs though :) No smoking inside the house. We pay for water, sewage and trash. Tenants pay for gas/electric. One year lease minimum.
