Utilities are split half and half. Utilities include water, gas, trash and electric. The cost will vary depending on the season. I currently live here, I'm a 28 year old woman with a dog and a kitten. Mandi, my dog is good with cats and other dogs however she is a rescue and a bit timid. She warms up to people though.
