Freshly painted, new backsplash and shiny hardwood floors though out unit. We have 2 night clubs located in the building as well, there is no access for any patron to reach the common area. This unit is close to all public transportation and also have access to 95 a block away. We are in historic old city and are on the block with multiple businesses so there is always something or somewhere to spend your time walking around to get to know this area. The Owner is running a special on the lease, if the tenant signs the lease before 9/25/2025 they will take $500.00 off the 1st month rent. Tenant will be required to turn Gas and Electric in their names. The water is billed directly $50.00 each month additionally to the rent. This unit is located on top of a night club and there is another club adjacent to the unit. Tenants that are interested in the unit must do the walk though do the busy hours of the club (Thurs, Fri and Saturday) 9pm -11pm to ensure that they agree with the noise and this will not pose an issue once the lease has been signed. The tenant will not be able to break the lease if the noise level becomes an issue. The tenant will need to remain in the unit until the lease is up. The lease is a duration of 1 year.
