Accepted applicant must provide proof of renter's insurance, with us listed as an additional insured party, within 30 days of signing a lease. 9. We do not allow smoking in or around this residence. 10. We allow 1 pet with an added $200 nonrefundable fee. There is also a $25/month increase in rent.
