Maintaining drains and toilets to be free from clogs, and consequential damage, is the responsibility of the Lessee(s) and Lessee(s) will incur all costs to alleviate. Major maintenance and repair of the leased premises, not due to Lessee(s)'s misuse, waste, or neglect or that of his employee, family, agent, or visitor, shall be the responsibility of the Lessor or his assigns [Lessor reserves the right to not replace washer or dryer if they fail due to age].
