Tenant sings up for Xcel and their own Wifi. There is a monthly fee of $60.00/month (RUBS) for the remaining utilities. There is a monthly fee of $12.00 for RLL, the tenant responsible for Renter's Insurance. One pet (under 30 pounds (adult weight)) is allowed. A pet deposit of $300.00. There is a $30.00 a monthly pet fee.
