There are hiking trails and a waterfall fall just up the street! The neighbors ( my renters ) are just on the other side of the rear fence, so I'm looking for someone who is quiet and respectful. I would consider a couple at $1,200 a month to handle the expenses of more frequent septic system pumping, to handle additional usage of water. It's a little rustic with the knotty pine interior and finishes, but a great little place! You can hear the stream across the steet from the front porch! I am ideally looking for a long term tenant.
