This neighborhood is extremely well kept for a non-HOA neighborhood, with very low turnover and a humongous city of Mesa park that is not even visible from the surface streets. The elementary school is within walking distance but if you don't like that school, there is a very well rated charter school serving grades 1-9 less than a mile away (Franklin at Brimhall). Right off the 60, it is easy to commute all over the Valley, but why would you need to with shopping centers, Costco, Winco, Walmart, Lowe's, Home Depot, 3 hospitals within 2 miles, Superstition Springs Mall, and tons of restaurants and higher-end shopping at Dana Park.
