It has a nice bedroom with room for a queen bed and one side for a dresser, office, etc. The living room has a wood burning fireplace to enjoy on those cold nights. There is just a shower and toilet in the bathroom. Kitchen sink is the only sink. This unit is perfect for a single person who enjoys the mountains! The neighbors ( my renters ) are just on the other side of the rear fence, so I'm looking for someone who is quiet and respectful. I would consider a couple at $1,200 a month to handle the expenses of more frequent septic system pumping, to handle additional usage of water. It's a little rustic with the knotty pine interior and finishes, but a great little place! You can hear the stream across the steet from the front porch! I am ideally looking for a long term tenant.
