    Enjoy an entire downstairs private level of our charming home with a newly renovated bathroom. This location in Portland's SW suburbs neighbors many shops, grocery stores, walking trails, parks, and Portland's Washington Square Mall. This downstairs suite can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults and is readily family-friendly equipped with a pack-n-play, highchair, children's utensils, and a spacious backyard playground. Portland is known for its cozy rainy weather and that's what makes The Fireside Suite the perfect stay. With options of an indoor or outdoor fire, you can easily warm up with a book, watch a movie, or roast some marshmallows outside to add that nice touch of "extra" to your stay. Guests have access to the entire ground level of the home that includes private access to a kitchen, two bedrooms, a newly remodeled bathroom, and an open dining and living area. The patio and backyard is very spacious and includes a play structure and a large lawn, all fenced in perfect for kids and pets. We love to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability. Please read the entire listing description before booking. Please also note that heating and cooling is shared for the entire structure. Please contact us if adjustments need to be made. Short-term housing is similar to hotels; prices change based on demand and the seasonality of the year. Only park in the paved driveway, to the left of the home (under Carport). This listing is for the entire lower level of a 2-story home. There is a locked and bolted door at the bottom of the stairs (in the hallway) that is to remain locked. We kindly ask guests of both levels to be mutually mindful of quiet hours, please follow the quiet hours between 9pm-7am. For COVID-19 precautions please: -Do not wear shoes in the house. CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES -Wash any dishes used with as hot of water as safely possible. Do not leave any dirty dishes upon checkout. -Wipe bathroom and kitchen surfaces with provided disinfectant wipes at checkout. -Put all towels and sheets in a single pile by the washer upon checkout. -Collect ALL trash into the main trash bin (in the kitchen) upon checkout. Upon checkout, please put back any rearranged furniture and don't forget to log out of your profiles on any smart TV. We value our furry guests as well. If you have a pet staying with you, PLEASE keep up with any pet droppings in the yard and any pet hair in the home on a daily basis. Please keep pets off the furniture or cover it. Any excessive pet hair, pet stains, or any damages due to pets, may incur an additional charge post check-out. Any excessive utility charges during your stay may be charged to the guest. Strictly no party and please note that we have a fine of between $500-1,000 for smoking inside our properties. This includes cigarette smoke, cigar smoke, vaping, marijuana, and any other form of smoking. Please note that we have a same-day $50 early check-in fee and a $50 same-day late check-out fee. We kindly request guests staying for less than 3 months to NOT use the mailbox/address for mail and do not transfer your mail to this address. Please use a PO Box.
