There is a beautiful deck for living space in front of the trailer and detached room (800 sq ft). It has its own driveway entrance and parking for 2 cars (plus 3 more for guests), exclusive to this rental. There is also a washer and dryer private to this rental. The total rent includes utilities. The trailer has full amenities, including a rather spacious bathroom for a trailer, with a sink, shower and toilet (connected to sewer). The trailer also has a two burner stove, an oven, a large farmhouse sink and pretty decent sized refrigerator and freezer. The trailer has AC/heating. There is a dining/nook area that can be converted to fit a double mattress for sleeping. However, **please note** that the heater/AC in the trailer cannot be run at night while sleeping. The detached room is standalone, with a private deck with a view of south Orange County. There is not a bathroom in the room, but the room is connected to the trailer under one roof, and a single level deck. The room has two closets (about 3 ft wide each), plus ample room for storage. The room can fit one double bed. The detached room would be the most ideal place to sleep, as it has heating cooling with an automated thermostat. **LASTLY Please note this is a unique living space which does not allow for bringing a lot of stuff. This is part of the charm. It is also a solar powered living space, which occasionally requires some maintenance. That is how we can keep the cost of utilities low. Renter must be adventurous and willing to live a little differently! Lease is month to month. Owner pays for utilities (included in rent), unless utility usage exceeds $75 in value any given month. Visitors must not exceed 6 without prior notification from tenant to landlord.
