    **Not available for showing until you're fairly sure you want to rent the condo - due to current tenants** This is the townhome floorplan with bedrooms upstairs and living area and kitchen downstairs. It's the best floorplan of the complex. This unit has an outstanding view with the lawn in front of the patio and views of the mountains. The pictures are from the last time the unit was rented. Since then, we replaced the hardwood flooring and carpet, and both are like new. The current hard wood floors are dark grey. Toilets have since been replaced as well. I'll update with current pictures once I get them. The current renters are meticulous about cleaning, and shoes have never almost been worn inside on the current floors. There is an attached garage as well as garage spot in a separate building right across from the unit. The pool out the front door maybe a couple hundred feet away for quick access but not with the noise. Your references, credit, job history have got to be excellent. The current renters do not want people in the unit and so we're only showing the unit once an agreement to rent on both sides has been met and then just before final lease signing. Of course, we don't expect someone to sign or pay deposit before seeing the unit but have to respect the current renter's wishes - especially with COVID and all. We want people who will stay for at least a year. Longer is preferred, but it can be month to month after the 1st year. We're flexible after the 1st year. We're looking for people who are clean and low maintentance. Renter responsible for all utilities. No pets or smoking.
