The first level is the entry that can lead into the 2 car wide garage that includes automatic garage opener, electric car charging hook-up plus bikes & beach chairs! Go back to the entry and head up the stairs to the second floor. The second floor is nice & open! Beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances complete with kitchen sink window that looks out to the OCEAN! Kitchen has an island with 4 bar stools that over looks to the Family Room with TV. Just past the family room is the Dining Table with 4 chairs located next to the small patio with electric BBQ & outdoor bistro set. Also on the 2nd level is a laundry closet with a washer & dryer stacked unit along with any cleaning tools needed. Across from Laundry closet with nice powder bathroom with lots of storage cabinets. Head up the stairs to the third level. Third level has both Primary Suites. Primary Suite #1 has a Queen Bed & TV along with sliding door closet, don't forget also the ocean views! Primary Suite #1 has an en-suite bathroom that has long vanity sink along with step in tub/shower combo. The 2nd Primary Suite has a Queen Bed & TV along with double closets on your way to the en-suite bathroom with standing shower. Head up the final step of stairs to the fourth level to the Roof Top Deck! Roof Top Deck is great for everything! Enjoy your coffee & morning phone scroll or paper! Great spot if you are looking to spend some extended time in the area. This is a Furnished Rental Townhome available for a minimum of 30 day stay to max 90 days. All utilities for the home are included to max of $450, if over-usage of utilities to exceed this amount due to over use of tenant then bill will be shared and additional usage charged to guest. Pet Deposit of $1,000 is charged if you have 1 small dog. This is refundable deposit within 14 days of check-out if no damages or additional cleaning needed. There is a an additional check-out cleaning charge to the rental price of $295.00. This covers the check-out cleaning at the end of the stay. If you would like to coordinate cleaning while staying in the unit for an additional fee this is available as well. To reserve the home 50% of the stay price due along with cleaning & possible pet deposit are due if stay is more then 60 days out .If booking stay with us less then 60 days out the full amount is due before check-in.
