Several snowshoes available for your use. This property has vaulted ceilings and lots of light. Located on lower Northwoods, convenient to downtown historic Truckee. Flat driveway for easy entrance and exit in any weather. Northwoods location has all day/night plowing of Northwoods Blvd because it's used for emergencies which means you will never get stuck in or out of your lodging. A requirement of renters to be 30 years old or older. A maximum of 2 renters. Weekend or holiday guests allowed for max 7 nights maximum of two guests. Owner pays for trash pickup. Owner also pays for snow removal of parking lot. Tenant is responsible for clearing the deck and pathway. Tenant pays for gas, electric, water, internet No smoking on the premises. No pets. Garage parking for car one and one outdoor space. There is also a guest parking space for maximum 5 nights only. Tenant occupied only. No subletting. One time mid rental cleaning at owners expense. If cleaning exceeds $200 the tenant will be notified and will pay the difference. One month's rent $3,800 required as a deposit plus $1000 deposit towards utilities. Owner will send you the amount of the bill for utilities each month and deduct the amount from your $1000 amount. If the utilities exceed $1,000 any remaining utility bills will be deducted from the security deposit. Any funds remaining at the end of the lease will be refunded to the renter within 21 days. A check out cleaning fee of $400. There is a strict 10pm noise courtesy rule. Please turn off outside lights by 10pm. We love the dark and starry skies and strive to eliminate light pollution. There is a light switch at the bottom and top of stairs as well as inside the house.
