- Tenant is responsible for snow and ice removal from driveway, steps, and walkways.
Pets:

- Monthly pet fee: $50 per month, due with rent.
- Tenant is responsible for all pet waste removal and any pet-related damages.
- All pets must comply with local licensing, vaccination, and city code requirements.
- Pets may not create nuisance noise, odors, or disturbances.
Smoking / Vaping:
- This is a non-smoking property. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the home, garage, porch, or deck.
