It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay such as a fully stocked kitchen, a beverage cart with a dual coffee maker for you to make a cocktail or enjoy a cup of coffee. Enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the 55' smart TV in the living room. There is a dedicated workspace with a desk in the living room, you have free Wi-Fi, USB ports throughout the home, in-unit full size washer and dryer, spacious bedrooms and closets, as well as a large driveway for parking. Enjoy the convenience of all utilities included and starter essentials. The home features a spacious covered front porch where you can sit and read a book, enjoy a cup of coffee or just enjoy the fresh air listening to the church bells nearby. This will be provided to you on the day of check-in PETS: Small dogs are allowed, but would be considered on a case-by-case basis. Pets have to be approved in advance. If approved there would be a refundable pet deposit required and $20 pet fee per month per pet. No dogs over 40lbs & 2 pet max. Pets must be house trained and be up-to-date on their shots.
