You can walk to the Copper kettle restaurant and resort amenities at the base of the mountain, about 15 minutes. There are two bedrooms on the main floor with kitchen, deck, patio, and living room. Trash cans are at the top of the driveway in wooden boxes to prevent wildlife from rummaging. This is a Medium Term Fully furnished rental: 1-12 months, month to month is acceptable. Utilities will be billed monthly to renter, but kept in Landlords name. No Smoking/Vaping of any kind is allowed in the home. Small pets allowed on a case-by-case basis. An additional $50/month is charged for each pet. Maintenance is covered by the Landlord.
