The basement has a free washer/dryer and tons of storage space. Bonus: Basement features super tall ceilings with tons of storage and is a walkout style for easy move! With the high efficiency gas furnace, utilities normally average $150.00 to $200 per month. This is a great area if you enjoy the convenience of urban living. Bus line to 4th is 1 block up the street at Jacks Mobil Gas Station. Burrito Union is only 2 blocks away. The Positively Third St Bakery is across the avenue and the Super One/Jimmy Johns/Rose Garden is two blocks down the street. While there is no off street parking, I've never had a problem finding a parking spot.
