Disclaimer: I am full time single dad with two full time teenage boys at home. Hence the lack of Décor (woman’s touch) and messy state of rooms. I do have a unique situation for this home: I will be relocating out of state for work and family reasons. However, I am looking to relocate after my kids finish up their school year at the end of May. I am hoping someone has a timeframe that they would like to purchase the home with the intent to be able to move in around June 1st. The kids school ends May 25th and this would give us one final week to pack, clean and be out of the house. Sale could proceed with a down payment to secure the home and then final payment upon possession. Another option would be full payment and purchase and then Leasing the home back to me for (3) months to be able to allow my kids to finish up school. You then have the home secured in your possession and a set time frame to take over. I am open to ideas but the time frame is a hard set for me to provide stability for my kids before we move.
